The bed and breakfast place Villa Patrizia is situated in Capoterra, province of Cagliari, in a recently constructed house which is home to Mrs. Patrizia and her family.
The villa is one of many detached houses that make up the large residential estate called Poggio dei Pini. The estate is set in woodland; the standard of living is high here and for this reason the estate is the pride of the Capoterra district council. A particular feature of Poggio dei Pini is the two mountain lakes where various species of waterfowl nest, including swans.
